Return and Refund Policy

 

 Refund & Replacement Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch by sharing the order number via WhatsApp or phone call.
     
  • Once dispatched, cancellation or return is not allowed.
     

Refunds or replacements are applicable only for valid issues such as damaged, incorrect, spoiled, expired, or quality-related products.

  • Issues must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with photos or videos.
     

Not eligible for refund/replacement:

  • Products damaged after delivery
     
  • Improper storage by the customer
     
  • Opened or used items
     

Approved cases will be replaced in the next delivery or refunded if elegibile to the original payment method / store credit.
Refunds may take 5–7 business days to process.
